• An opportunity to meet members of the school community, explore the school grounds and find out about our programs.

Year 6 to 7 placement information pack

• Primary Schools distribute the year 6 to 7 placement information pack to families of all Grade 6 children.

Thursday, April 30th
Grade 6 / Year 7 Sports and Activities Day

Friday, May 8th
Parents return Application for Year 7 Placement to their child’s primary school.

Wednesday, June 24th
Primary schools notify parents of their placement outcome.

Thursday, June 25th
Lilydale High School sends a welcome email to families who have been offered a place in Year 7 at Lilydale High School for 2027.
Enrolment Packages will be emailed to family’s early Term 3.

Select Entry Accelerated Learning Program (SEALP)
Students who have been offered and accepted an enrolment place at Lilydale High School may apply to be part of the SEAL program.
Applications can be made through the Lilydale High School website. Students are required to attend a testing day and an interview.

• Dates for the SEAL Program are still being finalised for Term 3 – Keep an eye out on our website for more information.

Families return their ‘Year 7 placement acceptance slip’ to their child’s primary school

Friday, 28th August
Enrolment forms (bus application, language form etc) to be returned directly to Lilydale High School by this date.

Thursday, October 22nd
Year 7 2027 Virtual Parent Information Session (via webex).

Thursday, October 29th
Pre-orientation Day (Invitation Only)

• Orientation morning for students who are the only student (or only few students) from their primary school and for students in the Select Entry Accelerated Learning Program.
  (These students will also attend the Statewide Orientation Day on Tuesday December 8th).

Thursday, November 26th
Bright Start (Invitation Only)

• This session is for students who require extra support transitioning into High School.
  The morning is run by our Inclusion team.
