The Buildings and Grounds of Lilydale High School are the landscape on which our vision for student learning, citizenship and wellbeing are developed. Our school facilities form a rich part of the school’s long and powerful history and culture.
Lilydale High school’s physical environment has been transformed over the recent years, with the incorporation of a brand new Library, Performing Arts Centre, Zoology Centre and Main Administration building. There has been significant investment into the refurbishment of both the Junior and Senior School areas, resulting in flexible learning spaces and safe and welcoming areas for socialising with peers.
Students have the opportunity to engage in a diverse range of learning spaces, including the constantly evolving Steam room. In this space, students experiment with 3D printing, undertake VR experiences and even develop their own online gaming platforms.
The Resistance & Cardio rooms and multipurpose rooms, create a space where students can participate in a range of sporting activities - everything from Yoga to High Intensity workouts. Lilydale High School also has a four court indoor basketball stadium, outdoor basketball courts, an outdoor fenced tiger turf space and two ovals.
