Wellbeing Wednesday

On Wednesday August 25, morning classes will continue as normal, however the afternoon will see a change of program called – Wellbeing Wednesday.

We have secured past student and recent Bronze Medallist at the Tokyo Games, Harry Garside, to chat with students via Webex. After he gives an insight into his experiences as an Olympian, he will then offer an at home boxing session to demonstrate the basics of his sport. We are very excited to have Harry back with us, he is currently still in quarantine following his return from Japan.

There will be a range of other activities from which to choose including; cooking, knitting, mindful art and more physical activities.

We encourage everyone to get involved including siblings, parents and carers.
