This production is set in Egypt. The Egyptians have captured and enslaved Aida, an Ethiopian princess. An Egyptian military commander, Radamès, struggles to choose between his love for her and his loyalty to the King of Egypt. To complicate the story further, the King’s daughter Amneris is in love with Radamès, although he does not return her feelings.
The LHS Production team and AIDA cast/crew are proud to announce that our Saturday Matinee (Saturday 24 August) will be AUSLAN INTERPRETED in partnership with AUSLAN STAGE LEFT.
We are excited to extend our show to be inclusive to the whole LHS community and will provide further details as our show is created.
